Sample Menu 2

Eat every 3 hours

  1. Breakfast: Dry mung dal and cottage cheese
  2. Lassi and 5 nuts
  3. Lunch: Cucumber, avacado, alphaha seeds and cream cheese sandwich made with 1 slice of bread. 6 blueberries.
  4. Tomato juice and sliced cooked beets.
  5. Dinner: Spinach and mung dal with 1 roti and salaad.
  6. Fruit
