Eat every 3 hours
- Breakfast: Dry mung dal and cottage cheese
- Lassi and 5 nuts
- Lunch: Cucumber, avacado, alphaha seeds and cream cheese sandwich made with 1 slice of bread. 6 blueberries.
- Tomato juice and sliced cooked beets.
- Dinner: Spinach and mung dal with 1 roti and salaad.
- Fruit
